Assistant Property Manager

Pennrose is hiring a full-time Assistant Property Manager in the Waverly neighborhood of Baltimore to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations at one of our managed communities. If you enjoy connecting with residents and keeping a property running smoothly, this on-site role offers a hands-on path into residential property management.

About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager with Pennrose in Waverly, Baltimore, you will help oversee the day-to-day operation of an assigned community. Working closely with the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager, you will promote the property, fill vacancies, and deliver attentive service that keeps residents satisfied and renewals strong. This is a full-time, on-site position, with pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartment homes at the assigned property to maintain healthy occupancy.
• Plan and host leasing activities such as open houses, realtor tours, and resident promotional events.
• Provide responsive resident services and act as a reliable point of contact for the community.
• Help shape and carry out operating policies and procedures under the guidance of management.
• Support the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager with the property's ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service skills with a genuine focus on resident satisfaction.
• Confidence with leasing, marketing, and promotional outreach.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable coordinating events and daily tasks.
• Able to work on-site in Waverly, Baltimore in a full-time capacity.
