About the Role

As a Merchandiser (Part Time) based in La Crosse, you play a frontline part in sales support for Red Bull Distribution Company. Working across retail accounts, you make sure shelves, displays, cold vaults, and coolers reflect our brand standards on every visit — accurately stocked, freshly rotated, and aligned to approved planograms.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and arrange products on shelves, in displays, and within cold vaults and coolers, maintaining full availability at all times.
• Move inventory from back stock to the sales floor, displays, or refrigerated units, following correct rotation practices.
• Check code dates during each store visit to guarantee freshness and quality.
• Identify and report any dented, damaged, soiled, or out-of-date product so it can be removed or exchanged.
• Set up and maintain displays in line with company planograms and shelf schematics.
• Keep merchandising areas clean, organized, and compliant with brand presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a commitment to consistent, accurate merchandising.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving product throughout a shift.
• Reliability and strong time management to cover scheduled account visits.
• A customer-focused, brand-conscious mindset that takes pride in well-stocked, attractive displays.
• Eligibility to work in La Crosse County on a part-time basis.
