Key Responsibilities

• Care for lawns, plant beds, walkways, and surrounding grounds to uphold a clean, attractive appearance.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and seasonal upkeep.
• Remove litter and debris and keep entrances, parking areas, and common spaces tidy and safe.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping tools and equipment, reporting any repair needs promptly.
• Support the broader Facilities & Maintenance team with general grounds and property tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing physical, outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain equipment properly.
• Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
