About the Role

Legends Global operates NRG Park, a singular Houston landmark uniting four major venues across one expansive campus, including the one-million-square-foot NRG Center convention space and NRG Stadium. As a Maintenance Craftsman, you'll help keep these world-class facilities safe, functional, and event-ready. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, Texas — there is no remote option for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across NRG Park's venues and grounds
• Diagnose, repair, and service building systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Complete skilled craft work to support day-to-day operations and live events
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report facility issues
• Follow safety standards and procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on maintenance or skilled trades experience
• Working knowledge of repair tools, equipment, and facility systems
• Ability to work on-site at NRG Park in Houston, including during events as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
• Dependability and the ability to collaborate within a busy operations team
