About the Role

This is a field-based, full-time Pest Control Technician position covering the region surrounding Wilmington, NC. You will spend most of your day on the road servicing customers in their neighborhoods, with a check-in at our Wilmington office approximately once each week. As part of our Service Professional team, you will play a direct part in keeping local properties protected and pest-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled customer locations across the greater Wilmington, North Carolina area to deliver pest control services.
• Apply treatments accurately and safely, paying close attention to detail at every property.
• Identify pest activity and recommend effective, thoughtful solutions for each home or business.
• Provide friendly, professional service that builds trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Report to the Wilmington office once per week to coordinate routes, restock, and stay aligned with the team.
