About the Role
As the Industrial Services General Foreman / Safety Lead at Calista Brice, you will direct multiple field crews through process maintenance work spanning mining, industrial, oil & gas, and construction sites across the US. This full-time, on-site leadership position with Brice Equipment, LLC blends hands-on field oversight with a strong commitment to workplace safety, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, correctly, and without incident.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate several field crews carrying out process maintenance activities
- Oversee conveyor belt installation and related belt-handling operations
- Direct vulcanized and mechanical belt splicing work to high quality standards
- Manage rubber repair tasks and ongoing industrial maintenance support
- Serve as the on-site safety lead, enforcing safe practices and protocols across all job sites
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize crew assignments to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading field crews in industrial maintenance or process environments
- Working knowledge of conveyor systems, belt splicing (vulcanized and mechanical), and rubber repair
- Familiarity with mining, industrial, oil & gas, and construction work settings
- Demonstrated focus on jobsite safety leadership and compliance
- Strong organizational, communication, and crew-management skills
- Willingness to work on-site at locations across the US
