Maintenance Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

Phlow Corporation is hiring a full-time Maintenance Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) technician to support its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Walnut Hill, Petersburg City, Virginia. About the Role

As a Maintenance E&I technician at Phlow, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and play a central part in safeguarding the safety, quality, and output of our plant equipment. This is an on-site position based at our Petersburg, VA facility, ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working directly with machinery and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and improve production equipment to ensure consistent safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Carry out hands-on diagnostics and corrective repairs across electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Support preventive maintenance activities that minimize downtime and protect product integrity.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and plant team to keep equipment operating reliably.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation (E&I) maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• A genuine willingness to be hands-on with equipment repairs and day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
