About the Role
As a Real Estate Sales Professional with Vesta Preferred Realty, you'll work on-site from our Chicago office, guiding clients through buying and selling decisions while building a thriving book of business. This is a commission-only position designed for self-motivated agents who thrive on performance and want every advantage to win in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with high-quality, company-provided leads and convert them into closed transactions.
- Guide buyers and sellers through each stage of the real estate process with professionalism and care.
- Leverage Vesta's systems, tools, and support to close deals at industry-leading rates.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Commute to and operate from our Chicago office as an active, engaged member of the team.
