As an Affordable Housing Assistant Property Manager with Mms Group, you'll work closely with the Property Manager to keep our residential communities running smoothly. This on-site position in Lincolnshire, Richland County, is ideal for an experienced property professional who thrives in the affordable housing sector and enjoys supporting both residents and operations day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of residential properties.
- Help coordinate the overall management of affordable housing communities and their residents.
- Assist with leasing, resident relations, and the administrative tasks that keep the property functioning efficiently.
- Step in to maintain continuity of management duties when the Property Manager is unavailable.
- Contribute to a welcoming, well-run living environment for every resident.
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience as an Assistant Property Manager or in a comparable property management role.
- Familiarity with affordable housing operations and resident-focused service.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate as part of a professional team.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Lincolnshire, Richland County.
