As a Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Manager based in Chicago, you will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives that strengthen Protiviti's supply chain and deliver measurable value across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across key supply chain categories.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and service.
- Lead negotiations and manage vendor contracts to maximize organizational value.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing decisions with business goals.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive ongoing improvements in supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A collaborative, curious mindset and a genuine commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chicago, with potential connection to additional Protiviti locations including Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, and Miami.
