About the Role
If you love the buzz of a packed sports bar — the cheers, the fast pace, and the rush of keeping guests happy — then stepping behind the bar at a Buffalo Wild Wings location run by Maine Wing Management will feel right at home. As a Bartender, you set the tone for the fan experience, mixing drinks, sparking conversation, and making sure every guest leaves ready to come back. This is a full-time, in-person position based in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
- Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, upbeat service at the bar
- Keep the bar area clean, fully stocked, and ready for a high-volume crowd
- Process payments and manage tabs with accuracy
- Verify guest age and follow all responsible alcohol-service guidelines
- Work alongside the wider team to keep service smooth during peak game-day rushes
Qualifications
- A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Ability to stay composed and quick on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days
- Any local certifications required for serving alcohol, where applicable
