Direct Counsel
Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm, with a focus on structured finance and residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS).
Requirements
- 3–6 years of law firm experience in structured finance
- Experience with RMBS transactions strongly preferred
- Familiarity with securitizations, financings, and repurchase agreements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar
