Independent Wraps and Customs is hiring a Seasoned Graphic Designer to join our vehicle wrap and print studio in Highland Beach, Palm Beach County. If you thrive in a high-energy creative shop and want your designs rolling down the road every day, this full-time role is for you.
About the Role
As our next Seasoned Graphic Designer, you'll turn ideas into eye-catching wraps, signage, and printed graphics inside a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is an on-site, Monday-through-Friday position based at our Highland Beach shop, where creativity and production move quickly side by side. We're a relaxed, tight-knit crew that takes the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
Key Responsibilities
- Design original graphics for vehicle wraps, large-format prints, and custom branded materials
- Prepare and format print-ready artwork to spec for production
- Collaborate with the team to bring client concepts to life on time
- Balance multiple projects in a busy, deadline-driven studio
- Maintain quality and accuracy from first draft through final output
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience as a graphic designer (an experienced, "seasoned" pro)
- Strong command of industry-standard design software
- An eye for layout, color, and detail that holds up at large scale
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines without losing the creative spark
- A team player who works well in a lively, fast-moving shop
