The Manager, Care Network Partnerships serves as a strategic relationship partner focused on strengthening connections among care facilities, provider organizations, advocacy groups, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Maintain and grow a prioritized database of care facilities
- Lead care facility partnership engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with facility leaders
- Gather and synthesize standing orders
- Support account management and internal teams
- Maintain accurate stakeholder records
- Contribute to strategic outreach and socialization efforts
- Track and report on measurable partnership impact
