Join our vibrant team and help us streamline success! We’re looking for a detail-orientedData Entry Specialistwith a high level of English proficiency (C1) for a full-time remote position. This role requires a 40-hour work week.

Working hours:
Official working hours are typically between Monday and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Miami, FL schedule. However, this may vary depending on the client’s needs. (only 40 hours per week, 5 days a week)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into our system to keep our operations smooth.
  • Engage in effective communication with your team to ensure all are on the same page.
  • Provide top-tier customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Assist in managing logistics to keep our workflow efficient.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent typing skills and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
