JOB DESCRIPTION: SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and proactive SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online visibility and optimize marketing performance. This role will focus on improving website SEO, managing digital platforms, and driving marketing initiatives. As a key contributor to our team, you will be instrumental in shaping strategies that deliver measurable ROI and long-term growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings.
  • Optimize content, meta descriptions, and technical elements for Webflow-based websites.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify trends to enhance SEO performance.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Website Management

  • Oversee website updates and optimizations on Webflow to ensure SEO best practices are maintained.
  • Work closely with the team to improve website design, user experience, and content relevance.
Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate on social media content management, including posting and scheduling.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience:
○ At least 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
○ Hands-on experience with Webflow and website management.
  • Skills:
○ Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics).
○ Strong understanding of content optimization, technical SEO, and keyword strategies.
○ Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
○ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Webflow and basic web design principles.

  • Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.
  • Experience working with international teams or remote setups.
