We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy, migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you’ll translate business requirements into integrated system designs, guide large-scale initiatives, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and future-ready solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements
- Designs and implements complex architectural solutions
- Leads the development of new systems and applications
- Translates customer’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture
- Leads complex IT projects, oversees project budgets and timelines
- Leads vendor selection and management
- Conducts comprehensive architecture reviews
- Provides expert guidance on design best practices and risk mitigation
- Serves as architectural subject matter expert
- Proactively identifies and evaluates new technologies
- Recommends adoption of innovative solutions
- Ensures compliance and adheres to industry standards
- Follows compliance requirements and security guidelines
- Provides advice and guidance on complex technical issues
- Mentors and coach’s technical staff
