About the Role

As an Onsite Surgical Equipment Repair Specialist with Agiliti Health, you will be the hands-on expert who inspects, services, and restores surgical and medical equipment directly at customer facilities. Working onsite in the US, you help ensure that the right equipment is ready, reliable, and in the right place exactly when clinical teams need it for effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on surgical and medical equipment.
• Test and verify device performance to confirm equipment meets safety and operational standards.
• Respond to service requests from hospitals and healthcare facilities in a timely, professional manner.
• Document service activity, repairs, and inspections accurately for compliance and tracking.
• Coordinate with clinical and facility staff to minimize equipment downtime and support patient care.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience repairing, servicing, or maintaining surgical, biomedical, or medical equipment.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting ability with attention to detail.
• Comfort working onsite at hospitals and healthcare facilities, following safety protocols.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with clinical teams and documenting work.
• Authorization to work full-time in the US and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
