Key Responsibilities

- Process reservations, issue boarding passes, check baggage, and handle rebooking or itinerary changes accurately.
- Coordinate the boarding process, make gate announcements, and help ensure on-time departures.
- Resolve travel concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Support smooth day-of-travel operations while following safety and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine commitment to customer service.
- Ability to stay composed and effective in a dynamic, time-sensitive airport setting.
- Comfort working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, on-site in Grand Central, Manhattan.
