About the Role
This Registered Nurse position with CCM Health Brand is a part-time role at 0.6 FTE, scheduled for 48 hours per pay period. Nurses work 12-hour rotating shifts covering both days (0700–1930) and nights (1900–0730), with a weekend rotation of every third weekend and holidays assigned on a rotating basis. This is a union position represented by the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA), with an hourly wage ranging from $39.23 to $56.53.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver direct nursing care to hospital patients across rotating day and night shifts.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and carry out nursing interventions in line with established standards.
- Administer treatments and medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and adjust care as conditions change.
- Collaborate with physicians and the wider care team to support positive patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families to encourage recovery and ongoing wellness.
