About the Role

As a Cook - Dietary Aide with PruittHealth in Conway, Horry County, you will play a hands-on part in our food service operation, preparing appetizing and nutritionally balanced meals. Working under the guidance of the Food Service or Dietary Manager, you will help ensure that every plate meets the daily dietary and special diet requirements of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare flavorful, nutritionally sound meals that follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with food preparation according to established procedural guidelines and the direction of the Food Service/Dietary Manager or Supervisor.
• Support residents' daily nutritional needs as well as individualized and special diet plans.
• Maintain meal quality and consistency in line with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment throughout each shift.

Qualifications
