About the Role
As an Experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Bel Air, Harford County facility, you will serve as a skilled mechanic and electrician responsible for diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and installing equipment that supports continuous plant operations. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site position central to maintaining production uptime and equipment integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems across the facility.
- Repair and maintain control valves, centrifugal pumps, and positive displacement pumps.
- Troubleshoot and restore AC and DC electrical systems to full working order.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic and/or electrician.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and pump systems used in manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot AC/DC electrical circuits and components.
- Competence in reading and applying schematic diagrams during repairs.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Bel Air, Harford County.
