Key Responsibilities

• Represent and counsel clients across the full lifecycle of personal injury claims.
• Investigate the facts of each matter, gather evidence, and build persuasive case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, and other legal documents with precision.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel while protecting client interests.
• Prepare cases for litigation and advocate on behalf of clients when matters proceed to trial.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients throughout their legal journey.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Iowa, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Background or genuine interest in personal injury litigation and client advocacy.
• Strong negotiation, research, and written and verbal communication abilities.
