Lorikeet is a company redefining customer support through AI. We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to build candidate lists, run outreach, and keep pipeline moving across technical and go-to-market roles globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context
- Active use of AI tools in sourcing workflow
- Strong written communication
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Self-sufficiency and organization
- Sourcing experience for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies
- Familiarity with US and/or Australian talent markets
