Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience creating and producing educational or instructional video content for SaaS or technology products.
- Comfortable producing in rapid release cycles, creating multiple videos each week, and adaptable when priorities shift or new content needs emerge.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts through engaging, visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with tools such as Loom, Adobe Premiere, ScreenStudio, or similar platforms for video capture, editing, and collaboration.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to expedite video creation and maintain high output quality.
- Strong creative and technical editing skills (voiceover, pacing, visual clarity, audio balance).
- Deep understanding of instructional design principles and how to translate them into video.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
