About the Role

This Allied / Tech — Physical Therapy position at Villa at the Bay is a contract assignment supporting our skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Bay View, Emmet County. The schedule is flexible, with 35 guaranteed hours each week across a contract spanning roughly 91 weeks. It is an on-site, full-time role for a clinician who enjoys hands-on work with a long-term care population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents within our skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patient mobility, function, and progress, then design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and interventions aimed at restoring strength and independence.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team to support each resident's recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience or comfort working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment is a plus.
• Availability to commit to the full contract term with consistent weekly hours.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bay View, Emmet County (this role is not remote).
