About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at The Retreat at Pullman, you'll support the day-to-day upkeep of the community and help protect the long-term value of the property. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be a customer-focused team member who keeps both the interior and exterior of the community in excellent condition. This role has no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the community's overall maintenance program and contribute to preserving the value of the asset.
• Help maintain the physical condition of the property, both indoors and outdoors.
• Respond to resident maintenance needs with a service-first, team-oriented approach.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on day-to-day upkeep and ongoing tasks.

• Comfort performing routine maintenance tasks across interior and exterior spaces.
