About the Role
As a Support Coordinator – Adult Developmental Disabilities, you will be a trusted advocate and guide for the individuals on your caseload. This on-site position in Langley, York County follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an annual salary of $50,604. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee person-centered support services for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Assess each individual's needs, strengths, and goals to shape practical, achievable plans.
- Connect clients and families with community resources, services, and benefits.
- Monitor progress and adjust support strategies to promote independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with program and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, providers, and care teams to ensure consistent, quality support.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for serving and empowering individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to assess needs, problem-solve, and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Comfort managing documentation and coordinating multiple services at once.
- Availability to work on-site in Langley, York County during standard weekday business hours.
