Key Responsibilities

• Process and place purchase orders for goods and services in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
• Source materials, request quotes, and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of purchasing needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and supplier information.
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on deliveries to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related buyer role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
• Solid negotiation, communication, and supplier-relationship skills.
• Comfort working with procurement systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Grandview Heights, Franklin County.
