Key Responsibilities

• Support clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process for residential and commercial properties
• Assist senior agents with listings, showings, and property tours
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current clients
• Research local market trends and property values across Utah County
• Prepare and manage paperwork, contracts, and transaction details accurately
• Deliver responsive, professional communication that reflects our commitment to outstanding service

Qualifications

• An active Utah real estate license, or a clear commitment to obtaining one
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a commission-based environment
• A genuine interest in residential and commercial real estate
• Willingness to learn from experienced mentors and grow professionally
• Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings in and around Lehi, Utah County
