About the Role

As a Clinical Lab Scientist on our overnight team, you will serve as a licensed Medical Technologist responsible for analyzing patient specimens and delivering accurate, timely results. Working under the direction of the CLS Lead, you will manage the full testing workflow—pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases—while safeguarding the integrity of every result reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing on patient samples throughout the night shift
• Carry out each stage of the testing process, from specimen preparation through result release
• Perform and monitor quality control procedures to ensure reliable outcomes
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
• Complete accurate reporting and thorough documentation for all completed testing

Qualifications

• Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Licensed Medical Technologist) license
• Working knowledge of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical laboratory practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
• Ability to work independently and reliably during overnight hours
