About the Role
As a Construction Field Gen Specialist at Vistra, you will serve as a hands-on presence in the field, ensuring assigned construction projects in the Irving, Dallas area progress smoothly while they are underway. This is a fully on-site position that places you at the heart of the action throughout the life of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a continuous on-site presence for the entire duration that assigned construction projects are active in the field.
- Carry out designated tasks under the direction and guidance of project leadership and senior staff.
- Support day-to-day field operations to help keep construction work on track and aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to promote safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to be physically present at the construction site full-time while projects are in progress.
- Capacity to follow direction and complete assigned responsibilities accurately and reliably.
