About the Role

This Adjunct, Licensed Vocational Nursing position at Alvin College is part of an ongoing part-time faculty pool created to fill teaching assignments as they become available throughout the academic year. This is an on-site, full-time-classified opportunity based in Alvin, Brazoria County. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and evaluated according to current departmental staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction within the Licensed Vocational Nursing program.
• Prepare and present course materials aligned with established curriculum and program outcomes.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learner success.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold institutional academic standards.

Qualifications

• Appropriate nursing credentials and licensure required to teach in an LVN program.
• Relevant clinical and/or teaching experience in vocational nursing.
