D2S Personel Hire is seeking a detail-driven Analista de Projetos to coordinate the planning and delivery of approved projects across our United States operations in this full-time, on-site role.
About the Role
As an Analista de Projetos at D2S Personel Hire, you will serve as the connective tissue between teams, turning approved initiatives into well-structured, on-time deliverables. Based in the US, you will own the full project lifecycle — from defining scope through to final handover — keeping stakeholders aligned and risks under control every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Build out the scope, schedules, and resource plans for projects that have received approval.
- Clarify and formally assign roles and responsibilities across the different departments and contributors involved.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and performance indicators throughout the entire lifecycle of each project.
- Spot, track, and reduce potential risks, putting forward action plans whenever issues arise.
- Prepare and continuously update complete project documentation so that records stay accurate and accessible.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project analysis, coordination, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and competing priorities at once.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and proposing practical solutions before they escalate.
- Clear written and verbal communication for aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort maintaining thorough, well-organized project documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to work on-site in the United States in a full-time capacity.
