About the Role
As a Seasonal Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser based in Villa Nueva, Cameron County, you will be the face of Mondelez International inside local retail accounts. This is an on-site, seasonal position focused on presentation, product availability, and customer service. A $750 end-of-season bonus is paid to qualifying merchandisers who complete the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish store shelves with Nabisco and Mondelez snack products to meet customer demand.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store staff through clear, consistent communication.
- Set up, maintain, and rotate product displays, including swapping out seasonal or promotional setups as needed.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every display reflects the quality of Mondelez International.
- Fulfill the day-to-day merchandising needs of assigned retail customers.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working alongside store teams.
- Reliability and a self-motivated approach to completing merchandising tasks independently.
- Comfort with the physical aspects of the role, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Availability to work a part-time, seasonal schedule on-site in Villa Nueva, Cameron County.
