This full-time, on-site Experienced Collision Estimator position at Terrebonne Ford is reserved for skilled professionals only. You will be the bridge between damaged vehicles, our repair technicians, and insurance providers, ensuring every estimate is precise and every customer gets back on the road safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the full scope of structural, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs required.
• Build accurate, itemized work orders with estimating software, accounting for parts, labor, and material costs.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters to walk through estimates, gain approvals, and keep claims moving forward.
• Coordinate repair details with shop technicians to ensure assessments translate into quality work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience as a collision estimator — this role is open to experienced candidates only.
• Strong working knowledge of collision repair estimating software.
• Ability to evaluate structural, mechanical, and cosmetic vehicle damage with accuracy.
• Clear communication skills for productive collaboration with insurance adjusters and shop staff.
