About the Role
The General Maintenance Technician–AM Shift is a full-time, on-site position based in Carolina Forest, Horry County. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and routine maintenance tasks to a professional standard.
- Complete drywall installation, patching, texturing, and finishing work.
- Perform tile setting, carpentry, and cabinetry repairs.
- Handle painting, laminate, and granite surface maintenance and touch-ups.
- Diagnose and service electrical components within established guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances at a skilled technician level.
- Follow all industry regulations and company safety procedures throughout each task.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of practical maintenance or skilled trades experience.
- Working knowledge across plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and proper repair procedures.
- Reliability and availability to work the AM (morning) shift on a full-time basis.
- Ability to work independently while meeting company quality expectations.
