About the Role

As a Credit/Collections Specialist at United Electric Supply, you will manage customer accounts, evaluate creditworthiness, and drive timely collection of outstanding balances. This on-site position in Manor, New Castle County places you at the intersection of finance and customer relationships, supporting the company's continued growth across the construction and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess credit applications to establish appropriate customer credit limits and terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on past-due balances, and resolve outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with customers to arrange payment, address billing questions, and negotiate repayment when needed.
• Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies, disputes, and short payments.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of collection activity and account status.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable, ideally within a distribution or industrial setting.
