About the Role

As a Subcontract Technical Rep - Elec with Bechtel Corporation, you will serve as a key technical liaison overseeing electrical subcontract activities on an active project in Chandler, AZ. This is a full-time, office and project-based position (Requisition ID: 295614), with national and international relocation authorized for you and your family. Telework type is Full-Time Office/Project, meaning your presence on location is essential to keeping electrical scopes coordinated, compliant, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor electrical subcontractor performance to confirm work meets project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Act as the technical point of contact between Bechtel and electrical subcontractors on site.
• Track field progress and help resolve technical issues that arise during electrical installation.
• Support adherence to safety, schedule, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to keep electrical deliverables aligned.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and construction practices.
• Experience working with subcontractors in a field or project environment.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical teams and on-site crews.
• Willingness to work full-time on location in Chandler, Maricopa County, with availability to relocate as authorized.
