About the Role

As a QA Sr Technician on our overnight team, you will safeguard product quality across composite manufacturing processes that support critical defense and aerospace programs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in University Place, Lancaster County, ideal for an experienced quality professional who thrives in a hands-on, high-accountability environment and wants to influence how a rapidly scaling organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and verification activities on composite products during the 3rd shift.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate, traceable quality records.
• Identify nonconformances and partner with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support compliance with applicable defense and aerospace quality standards.
• Contribute ideas that improve processes as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience in a quality assurance or inspection role, ideally within manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise procedures and specifications.
• Comfort working independently during overnight 3rd shift hours.
• A motivated, creative mindset and willingness to help support a growing operation.
• Familiarity with composite products or aerospace/defense manufacturing is a plus.
