CTDI Careers is hiring a Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor in Watson, Clark County to lead workplace safety and environmental compliance across one of our high-volume engineering and logistics operations. About the Role
As the Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor based in Watson, Clark County, you will own the day-to-day execution of EHS programs at a fast-paced CTDI facility. CTDI is a large-scale engineering, repair, and logistics provider serving the nation's leading wireless telecommunications carriers and top high-speed internet and cable companies. This is an on-site position responsible for keeping our people safe and our operations compliant with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve environmental health and safety policies across the site
- Lead workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and corrective-action follow-through
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local requirements
- Deliver safety training and promote employee engagement in a strong safety culture
- Maintain accurate EHS records, reporting, and documentation
- Partner with operations leadership to embed safety into everyday workflows
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in environmental health and safety, ideally within manufacturing, repair, or logistics settings
- Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and industry best practices
- Proven supervisory or leadership capability with strong communication skills
- Skilled in incident investigation, risk assessment, and compliance reporting
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a high-volume environment
