Marketing Alliance Group is hiring a Quality Control - 2nd Shift professional to support our Creative Plastics operation in Dalton, GA, performing in-line quality audits across extrusion, injection, and fabrication production.
About the Role
As a Quality Control - 2nd Shift Auditor with Marketing Alliance Group in Dalton, GA, you will serve as a Quality Line Auditor on our second-shift team. This full-time, on-site position runs Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with hands-on training provided during first shift so you can ramp up confidently before transitioning to nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-line quality audits on scheduled production runs, including extrusion, injection molding, and fabrication jobs.
- Inspect parts against each customer's documented specifications and tolerances to confirm conformance.
- Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines throughout every audit.
- Support incoming receiving inspections to verify materials and components meet requirements.
- Help sustain and improve the facility's quality management system through accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent, accurate inspection work.
- Ability to read and apply customer part specifications and quality procedures.
- Willingness to work the 2nd shift schedule (Monday-Thursday, 5:30 PM-4:00 AM) after first-shift training.
- Comfortable working on-site in a plastics manufacturing environment in Dalton, GA.
- Familiarity with quality auditing or manufacturing inspection is a plus.
