About the Role

As a Lead Consultant - Medicaid based in Jackson, Hinds County, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Medicaid clients and prospective clients, steering management consulting engagements from first conversation to successful delivery. This on-site, full-time position places you at the center of how public Medicaid programs plan, adapt, and improve.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct advisory engagements with state and local Medicaid agencies, acting as the primary point of contact and subject-matter resource.
• Lead consultative discussions that help shape and refine client strategy.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with current and potential Medicaid clients.
• Translate strategic conversations into well-scoped, successful consulting engagements.
• Take ownership of engagement outcomes and the value delivered to each client.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering management consulting or advisory services, ideally within the Medicaid or broader healthcare and public-sector space.
