About the Role
As Senior Manager of NFL & MLB Apparel Graphic Design at Nike, you will guide a talented design function that translates the energy of professional football and baseball into apparel graphics worn by fans worldwide. Based on-site in West Slope, Washington County, you will set creative direction, champion fresh ideas, and ensure every product reflects both league authenticity and the Nike standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and steer the graphic design strategy for Nike's NFL and MLB apparel collections.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering a culture of imagination and growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative concepts with brand and league requirements.
- Push the boundaries of apparel graphics, exploring new techniques, trends, and storytelling.
- Deliver design solutions that honor licensing standards while elevating the consumer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in apparel or product graphic design, ideally within sports or licensed merchandise.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original, market-ready graphic work.
- The ability to inspire and manage creative teams toward ambitious goals.
- A visionary mindset paired with collaborative, hands-on execution.
- Willingness to work on-site in West Slope, Washington County (this is not a remote position).
