About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Designer position with Qualified Health PBC in Palo Alto. Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for intricate software products, from early concept through polished delivery.

- Shape AI-assisted features and interactions that feel natural, trustworthy, and genuinely useful.
- Contribute to operational platforms that support how teams work day to day.
- Move fluidly across several products at once, holding a cohesive vision throughout.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience designing complex software products and the workflows behind them.
- Background creating AI-assisted experiences and operational or platform tools.
- A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to balance the big picture against fine detail.
- Comfort working at pace within a startup environment and juggling multiple products simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and a portfolio that demonstrates depth across the full design process.
