About the Role
As a Real Estate Partner in Tampa, you will lead and grow a commercial real estate practice within a well-established firm. The position is full-time and on-site, offering partner-level compensation and a platform designed to support ambitious attorneys expanding their footprint throughout Florida. Candidates should have a portable book of business of approximately $500K to align with the firm's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
- Handle acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property
- Negotiate and draft leasing agreements, including office and retail leases
- Develop and nurture client relationships to support continued practice growth
- Contribute to the firm's strategic expansion across the Florida market
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- Proven experience as a partner or shareholder in commercial real estate law
- A portable book of business of roughly $500K
- Demonstrated expertise in real estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
- Strong business development skills and a collaborative, growth-minded approach
