This full-time Certified Personal Trainer position at EōS Fitness in Riverview, Hillsborough County, puts you at the heart of our mission to build loyal, lifelong fitness enthusiasts. You'll design and deliver coaching that keeps members motivated, accountable, and coming back for more. Key Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and small-group training sessions tailored to each member's goals and fitness level.
• Build personalized exercise programs that drive measurable, lasting progress.
• Demonstrate proper technique, form, and safe use of equipment.
• Develop genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into dedicated, long-term members.
• Keep sessions upbeat, positive, and energizing in line with the EōS Fitness culture.
• Track member milestones and adjust programming to keep results on track.

Qualifications

• Current personal training certification from an accredited organization.
• A motivating, optimistic attitude and a real passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse membership.
• Willingness to take personal responsibility and continually learn and grow.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Riverview, Hillsborough County (this role is not remote).
