About the Role

In this full-time, on-site position in East Windsor, Hartford County, you will work within the Production Planning Department as a Manufacturing Planner and Scheduler III. The role places you at the center of day-to-day production coordination, partnering with cross-functional teams to align schedules, resources, and timelines so that manufacturing goals are met efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust manufacturing schedules to support production targets and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams across the Production Planning Department and beyond.
• Analyze planning data to anticipate bottlenecks and recommend proactive solutions.
• Communicate schedule updates, priorities, and constraints clearly to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling, consistent with a Level III role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and translate it into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort working alongside multiple departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in East Windsor, Hartford County.
