About the Role

As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the upkeep, reliability, and continuous improvement of equipment and facilities at our Farmersville, Lancaster County operation. This on-site leadership position is central to ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production for the world's largest manufacturer of home furnishings.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all maintenance activities across machinery, equipment, and plant facilities
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople
• Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and drive timely resolutions
• Partner with production leadership to support output goals and process improvements
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, including supervisory or management responsibility
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and lead a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
• Commitment to safety standards and a hands-on, results-driven approach
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Farmersville, Lancaster County
