Key Responsibilities

• Install insulation on pipes, ducts, and mechanical equipment throughout campus buildings and utility systems.
• Repair and replace worn, damaged, or failing insulation to restore system performance.
• Maintain existing insulation systems to support energy efficiency and reliable operation.
• Work across new construction, industrial, and large commercial settings as project needs require.
• Follow safe work practices and quality standards while operating within an active campus facility.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience as a Pipe Insulator or in a closely related insulation trade.
• Familiarity with insulating piping, ductwork, and mechanical equipment.
• Background in new construction, industrial, or large commercial projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in College Station, Brazos County.
